Shipping Info

Currently we offer just one shipping service, FedEx Ground. Because of this, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order. Please note that delivery time is based on your location in relation to our fulfillment center.

All orders ship within 48 hours (and often within 24 hours) from our fulfillment center in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Oh! And most importantly, any order of $50 or more ships FREE! So stock up. Shipping's on us!

Returns & Refunds

Because of the Kowa 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns & Refunds are simple. If you are not completely satisfied for ANY reason, just shoot a message to info@livekowa.com and we'll help arrange for a return and/or refund. Return/Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of order.
